- Local Bank Transfer

8. How do I withdraw funds using Local Bank Transfer?

Local Bank Transfer is available to 7live.Asia members registered from the following countries:
- MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)
- VND (Vietnamese Dong) - with USD-denomated 7live.asia account
- IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)

To request for a withdrawal to be paid into your bank account, select Local Bank Transfer under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide your bank account information:
- Bank Account Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Name

Once your withdrawal has been verified, your funds will be sent directly to your bank account in your local currency. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for your money to be reflected in your account depending on your bank processing time. Our company only allowed one (1) withdrawal per day for each member.

Please note:
You may incur exchange gains or losses for any bank transfer withdrawal request.
You will bear the bank fee charged by your bank

9. Are there any rollover requirements for Withdrawals?

To ensure the security of identity and account information, 7live.asia reserves the rights to review members' accounts. All withdrawals made must meet 1 time rollover requirement. Basis will be taken from the current balance, plus all subsequent deposits between the last successful withdrawal and the current withdrawal request. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in administration fees, amounted to 50% of the member's current balance. All withdrawal requests must conform to the withdrawal policy as stated in 7live.asia website.

Example 1: On 1st January 12:00, Member total balance of RMB 1,000 and deposit of RMB 2,000 was made after that. If a member requests withdrawal meeting the rollover requirement of RMB 3,000 (1,000+2,000), no administrative fees will be charged to the member.

Example 2: On 1st January 12:00, Member total balance of RMB 1,000 and deposit of RMB 2,000 was made after that. If a member requests withdrawal NOT meeting the rollover requirement of RMB 3,000 (1,000+2,000), 50% of the total balance RMB 1,500 will be charged as administrative fees.
